The people working here are some of the nicest people I’ve come across, which was so important when you feel self-conscious about how you look, but here, you feel so welcomed. I’ve made several attempts this year to stop eating junk food, drinking too much wine and not exercising. For one reason or another I usually lasted about three/four days and then I’d revert to type again. For the last few months of the year, I made up my mind that I was going to make some changes, I actually saw a picture of a lady I used to go to school with many moons ago, she had joined Pro Fitness and was singing their praises. So off I went to meet the boy of the Foleys himself! I have to say, in 6 weeks, I’m amazed at the results and I am so happy that I signed up for another ten weeks with these people, they are professional, they know their stuff, they are helpful, you never feel like you’re out of step or too slow, nothing is a problem to these guys, from helping you out to explaining what the exercise is about. Made an otherwise crappy year a brilliant one for me. Thanks so much guys!
