Daily Fitness Class ( description ) This is a 45min HIIT workout plan that is laid out for participants to do at their own pace . Trainer will bring you through the workout before you begin and then a timer is set for each exercise. It offers participants a full body workout including cardio, strength & core. This easy to follow routine takes the guess work out of your gym workout while still offering the convince of 21 set class times to choose from. If you need a different time that you can pre book by contacting us.

BOX FIT

( Wed 6 pm) is a high-intensity interval training class based on boxing training? This is a non-contact & non-competitive class with all the Benefits of boxing training. Training will include pad work, skipping, strength, core & etc. These workouts are sure to get you fighting fit and in amazing shape. If your looking for the workout that gives you everything then this is for you. Reduce stress after a long day & burn of some steam all while getting fit, strong & lean.

CORE & MORE

MON 6:15 pm This 40min workout will give your midsection the ultimate workout. This is the go too workout to help tighten & flatten your belly. Building your core will not only strengthen your muscles and make you look & feel better. It will help improve posture, reduce or eliminate lower back pain and help improve all of your other training. Having a strong core is vital to health and wellbeing as it’s the centre of everything we do.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

 

 

Easy to follow workout and video demonstrated exercises. Stay on track by contacting us directly through the easy to use the app, and in just 6 weeks turn your body into a muscle-building, FAT BURNING machine without ever stepping foot into a  gym!

 

Online personal training to help you stay active and healthy and reach your goals. We are aware that you may not have access to the gym or you may not have the equipment at home. We will design nutrition & training around what you have access to so you can train at your own pace while making PT more affordable.

AEROBICS

Fun and energetic workout to music. Work up a sweat moving your body to the music and finish the class with some full-body toning and stretching and relaxing music!

CIRCUIT

Challenging workout for all. Work to your own level of fitness and watch it improve over the weeks. Working every muscle in a 1-hour session, this workout will take you beyond what you think you're capable of!

KETTLEBELL

With the right kettlebell workout, you can get a total body workout. Burn body fat and increase your strength while building muscle with exercises such as kettlebell swings and snatches! 

H.I.I.T

High-intensity training that is adaptable enough to suit any level of fitness but intense enough to challenge even the more seasoned athletes. Combining cardio with muscle endurance for a full-body workout!

The guys at Pro Fitness Tralee are one of a kind. They are so helpful and honestly so kind for the entire duration you are working with them. I took on a 6 week online course. They provided me with a nutrition guide and workouts for the gym and for home. These guys even managed to change my workouts to accommodate for a sudden foot injury! Nothing was to get in their way. Pro Fitness also offers pre and post natal Exercise so I decided to stay training with Pro Fitness during my pregnancy. I trained right up to my 40th week and loved every minute of it. I think training helped keep my energy levels up during my pregnancy.
