Monday to Friday: Group Classes available at 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am and 5pm
Tuesdays:
Additional Group Classes at 12pm and 1pm
Thursdays: Additional Group Classes at 12pm, 1pm, and 6pm

The daily workout is laid out by our instructor and takes the guess work out of your gym session. Arrive 10 minutes before and your instructor will give you a demo of the workout before you start. Each day you will be surprised by a different workout which keeps your training exciting and fresh and is sure to stop your workouts getting boring. A timer is than set and the fun begins, start with a gentle warm up while you prepare for a pumping workout, but don’t worry all exercises can be scaled depending on experience.

 

BOX FIT

Wednesdays: Group Class at 6pm

This class is a high intensity interval training class based on boxing training. This is a non contact & non competitive class with all the benifits of boxing training. Training will include pad work, skipping, strength core etc. These workouts are sure to get you fighting fit and in amazing shape. If your looking for the workout that’s gives you everything than this is for you. Reduce stress after a long day & burn of some steam all while getting fit, strong & lean.

 

CORE & MORE

Mondays: Group Class at 6pm

This 45min workout will give your mid section the ultimate workout. This is the go too workout to help tighten & flatten your belly. Building your core will not only strengthen your muscles and make you look & feel better. It will help improve posture, reduce or eliminate lower back pain and help improve all of your other training. Having a strong core is vital to health and wellbeing as it’s the centre of everything we do.

 

AEROBICS

Mondays: Group Class at 7pm

Getting Fit Has Never Been More Fun – Aerobics classes are led by our instructor. They usually begin with a gentle low impact warm up, we than put an easy to follow structured routine together and follow along to the beat of the music, this can involve rapid stepping patterns performed to pop or dance music with cues. All moves in our aerobics routines are adaptable so NO need to worry if you have any bad joints or looking to ease in to it, there is something for everyone. Once finished our routine we compliment our workout with some strength exercises for core, then it’s time for you to cool down. As a fantastic bonus, aerobics gives you the chance to get fit jumping around to the latest tunes. Like a party with your friends, your sure to leave this workout with a smile.

 

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Tuesdays: Group Class at 7pm

This non-stop class begins with a gentle warm up and then the fun begins. Each class takes place in an area of the gym where you tackle a High Intensity Workout with Body Weight Exercises and Equipment To Strengthen and Condition Full Body, All in a Fast Paced Fun Environment, this H.I.I.T is a high intensity interval training system that incorporates TRX Suspension Training, kettle-bells, barbells and high intensity interval training/cardio drills. Together, they combine to create a challenging and powerful combination of cardio and strength to Get strong, burn calories, get super fit and dramatically improve your core strength, Ideal for tightening and toning your whole body.

 

TEENAGE FITNESS

Tuesdays: Group Class at 6pm

PUMPED & RIPPED

Thursdays: Group Class at 7pm

Barbells and TRX mix is a phenomenal class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body fast! Great bodies aren’t born they are transformed, using our proven formula: a breakthrough in resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetitions.

 

POWER 50/50

Fridays: Group Class at 7pm

This is a Fat burning & cardiovascular class which focuses also on whole-body toning. Blast those wobbly bits and find your body! A short warm-up using low impact body weight exercises and then moving swiftly on to our resistance exercises to tone and shape the body. Kettlebell combined with the Barbells are the main source of resistance but body-weight may also be used. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, no co-ordination is needed for any of the classes. The workouts are rotated regularly to keep the mind and body engaged. They are all intended to increase strength, athleticism, endurance, mobility, agility and balance. They challenge both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements, elevating the metabolism and stoking the fat burning furnace.

 

W.O.W

Saturdays: Group Class at 10am

The first question we get about this class is “What is W.O.W?”. It is our “Workout of the Week” and this class will bring a fresh new training plan with a different focus that will surprise you each week. These changing workouts add even further variety to your regular group classes, and to your own current fitness regime. The more you mix things up in the way you train, the broader range of results you can expect. The exercises always come with options for newer members, and challenges for the more advanced, to enable all levels of fitness to participate together. And who doesn’t love a Surprise?!

Fun and energetic workout to music. Work up a sweat moving your body to the music and finish the class with some full-body toning and stretching and relaxing music!

CIRCUIT

Challenging workout for all. Work to your own level of fitness and watch it improve over the weeks. Working every muscle in a 1-hour session, this workout will take you beyond what you think you're capable of!

KETTLEBELL

With the right kettlebell workout, you can get a total body workout. Burn body fat and increase your strength while building muscle with exercises such as kettlebell swings and snatches! 

H.I.I.T

High-intensity training that is adaptable enough to suit any level of fitness but intense enough to challenge even the more seasoned athletes. Combining cardio with muscle endurance for a full-body workout!

The guys at Pro Fitness Tralee are one of a kind. They are so helpful and honestly so kind for the entire duration you are working with them. I took on a 6 week online course.
