AEROBICS

Fun and energetic workout to music. Work up a sweat moving your body to the music and finish the class with some full body toning and stretching and relaxing music.

CIRCUIT

Challenging workout for all. Work to your own level of fitness and watch it improve over the weeks. Working every muscle in a 1 hour session, this workout will take you beyond what you think you're capable of.

KETTLEBELL

With the right kettlebell workout, you can get a total body workout. Burn body fat and increase your strength while building muscle with exercises such as kettlebell swings and snatches.

H.I.T.

High intensity training that is adaptable enough to suit any level of fitness but intense enough to challenge even the more seasoned athletes. Combining cardio with muscle endurance for a full body workout.
